Work regarding arrangement and working system of the department. |

Work of preparing annual programme of table inspection of Dy.S.O./Branch working in different branches of the department. |
| 7. |
Work of coordinating the information about papers and cases pending under worksheets in the department itself and in offices of head of department working under the control of it. |

Work regarding administrative reformation committees. |
| 9. |
Coordination work regarding legislative assembly and sub-committee, assurance committee and parliamentary committee. |

Coordination work on action plan of the department. |

Work relating to committees for welfare of SC/ST and socially and educationally back ward class people and commission thereof. |

Visit of Gujarat by VIPs. |
